Terms And Conditions

By availing services from Paam Pest Control Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Service Scope
  • Services will be provided as per the specific pest control package selected by the customer.
  • Treatment areas and targeted pests will be clearly mentioned in the invoice or service agreement.
  • Services do not cover structural repairs or deep cleaning unless explicitly stated.
2. Service Scheduling & Access
  • Customers must provide accurate property details and ensure access to the treatment area.
  • Rescheduling or cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If access is not granted during the agreed time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
3. Safety & Precautions
  • Customers must follow all safety instructions provided before and after treatment (e.g., vacating premises if necessary, covering food and utensils, etc.).
  • Pets, children, and elderly individuals may need to avoid treated areas for a specified duration.
  • Paam Pest Control uses chemicals approved by authorities and applies them in accordance with safety standards.
4. Warranty & AMC
  • Warranty duration (if any) will be clearly mentioned in the invoice. It applies only to the pests and areas treated.
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers will receive periodic services as per the agreed schedule. Missed services must be claimed within the AMC period.
  • Warranty is void in cases of structural leakage, poor sanitation, or alterations that compromise the treatment.
5. Payment Terms
  • Full or partial payment must be made as per the terms on the invoice or quotation.
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any accepted digital mode.
  • Paam Pest Control reserves the right to withhold or cancel services in case of non-payment.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the company fails to deliver the service as promised.
  • No refunds will be entertained once treatment has been executed, except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Paam Pest Control is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to furniture stains, paint damage, or allergic reactions.
  • Liability is limited strictly to the value of the service charged.
8. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene post-treatment to maintain effectiveness.
  • Report pest recurrence during the warranty/AMC period as soon as possible for prompt action.
  • Do not apply any external pest treatments on top of ours, as it may interfere with our treatment plan.
9. Dispute Resolution
  • Any dispute shall be addressed first through mutual discussion.
  • Jurisdiction for any legal matters will be the city in which the service was provided.
